Graphic Designer (E-commerce)

Location: Remote (Canada) • Type: Full-time / Contractor
Reports to: Marketing Lead

About the role
We’re seeking a creative, detail-obsessed Graphic Designer to craft high-performing visuals for our website and campaigns. You’ll turn concepts into clean, conversion-focused assets that feel on-brand and timely for our seasonal drops.

Responsibilities

  • Design website graphics (hero banners, PDP visuals, size/fit graphics, icons).

  • Create marketing assets for social, email, ads, and landing pages.

  • Elevate UX through design: clarity, hierarchy, and consistency.

  • Collaborate with marketing on concepts, storyboards, and art direction.

  • Maintain and evolve the Videsso brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in E-commerce design (portfolio required).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.

  • Strong sense of composition, typography, and color; razor-sharp attention to detail.

  • Ability to work fast and organized under deadlines.

  • Clear communicator; comfortable with feedback and iteration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion/short-form video (Reels/TikTok), UGC templating.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for handoff.

  • Bilingual EN/FR is a plus.

Retail Sales Associate (Pop-Up / Showroom)

Location: Major Canadian cities (pop-ups/showrooms) • Type: Part-time / Full-time
Reports to: Retail & Community Lead

About the role
Love fashion and one-to-one styling? Join Videsso at our pop-ups/showrooms and help shoppers find their perfect pieces with personal, friendly advice.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and offer personal styling and fit guidance.

  • Ensure beautiful visual merchandising and tidy presentation.

  • Support daily operations: replenishment, POS, and basic stock handling.

  • Provide exceptional service in person and over the phone.

  • Gather customer feedback to help us improve collections.

Requirements

  • Retail experience (fashion preferred).

  • Warm communicator with a service-first mindset.

  • Strong sense of style and awareness of trends.

  • Comfortable with varying schedules (weekends/peak periods).

  • Bilingual EN/FR is a plus.
