Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

2) Delivery Timeframes

  • Average transit time: 3–7 business days (varies by destination and carrier).

  • Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, severe weather, or customs inspections.

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may require additional time.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

3) Shipping Method & Origin

  • All orders ship directly from our supplier in China.

  • Final-mile carriers differ by destination; a tracked service is always used.

  • Depending on your country, customs duties and taxes may apply upon import.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight/volume, and service level.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

  • Report any address errors within 24 hours of ordering at Info@videsso.com.

  • We can’t guarantee edits after fulfillment has begun.

6) Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

  • If the carrier’s tracking shows Delivered at the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Consider secure delivery options (e.g., safe location, concierge, signature where available).

7) Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender

  • Parcels returned due to incomplete/incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal to pay duties/taxes may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Original shipping charges and any carrier/customs fees are non-refundable.

8) Multiple Parcels

To speed things up, items in one order may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.

9) Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email Info@videsso.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the item,

  • inner/outer packaging, and

  • the shipping label.
    We’ll review and provide next steps.
