Return Policy

1) Our approach

At Videsso, we want you to love every piece. If something isn’t right, you can request a return under the conditions below. This policy is written clearly so you know exactly what to expect.


2) Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer, including any international postage and customs/duties for the return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on is allowed; wearing the item out is not.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not permitted under this policy.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) is required.

Not eligible: obvious signs of wear, odors, pet hair, makeup/deodorant stains, removed tags, hygiene-related items (e.g., underwear, socks) once opened, and final-sale/clearance items where indicated.


3) How to start a return (within 30 days)

  1. Email us at Info@videsso.com within 30 days of delivery stating your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with the return address of our supplier (located in China) and packing instructions.

  3. You ship the item at your own expense using a trackable method. Any customs/duties assessed on the return are the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Keep your tracking receipt. We recommend adding insurance for your protection.


4) Refunds

  • Once the parcel arrives at the designated return address and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any), return shipping, and any customs/duties are non-refundable.

  • If the return is not approved (e.g., worn/washed/damaged or tags removed), the item may be sent back to you at your expense.


5) Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund is processed.


6) Damaged or wrong item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Info@videsso.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label. We’ll review and provide the next steps.


7) Liability & delivery address

  • If the carrier’s tracking shows delivered to the address provided at checkout, Videsso is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

  • Address errors entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Please notify us of any mistake within 24 hours of ordering at Info@videsso.com so we can try to help before fulfillment.


8) Packaging & condition

Please return items in original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Items must be folded and protected to prevent creasing or damage in transit.
