1) Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy).

We work hard to keep product details accurate (descriptions, sizing, colors, availability, pricing). However, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4) Orders & Payment

  • Order Confirmation: Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (e.g., due to availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors).

  • Payment: Orders are processed after full payment is received. Available payment methods can vary by location. At checkout, please review which options (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Interac, PayPal, Apple Pay) are available in your region.

  • Taxes & Duties: Prices are shown in CAD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST/PST, where applicable) are calculated at checkout. International duties and import taxes—including on returns—may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.


5) Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit time: 3–7 business days (approx., depends on destination and carrier)

  • Origin: Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

  • Tracking: We provide tracked shipping. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Address accuracy: Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Address errors entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. Notify us of any mistake within 24 hours at Info@videsso.com so we can try to help before fulfillment.


6) Risk of Loss & Delivery

If the carrier’s tracking shows the parcel as delivered to the address provided at checkout, Videsso is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. Consider using secure delivery options where available.


7) Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Key points:

  • Return request window: Contact Info@videsso.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping and any customs/duties on returns.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel, email us immediately. We’ll try to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.


8) Intellectual Property

All site content—including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product names, and layout—is the property of Videsso or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from Videsso.


9) Customer Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website or services, including (but not limited to) engaging in fraudulent activity, interfering with website operation, scraping data, or infringing any third-party rights.


10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Videsso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, labor disputes, war, government actions, carrier delays, or interruptions in transportation or utilities.


13) Complaints Procedure

We take concerns seriously. Submit complaints in writing to Info@videsso.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.


14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Canadian law. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.


15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website with an updated Effective date. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
